Ecclesfield School joined the Trust in December 2017 and, as a sponsored academy, is developing this partnership and making rapid improvements for our students and community.

We are seeking to appoint a Reflection Room Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the day-to-day function of the School Reflection Room. The school Reflection Room is an internal isolation area for students who have disrupted school / learning. Students are in here for time limited periods. The room is designed as a behaviour management tool but also in part designed to support student to reflect on their behaviour and prevent further isolation periods in the future. The Reflection Room Manager will join a large inclusion team made up of five Progress Leader & Pastoral Leaders, two Attendance Officers, Students Wellbeing Manager, counsellor and a safeguarding team. We have invested heavily in inclusion services so that students and families are supported to be successful and remove barriers. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure the highest delivery of service. The successful candidate will join an exceptional team of support staff. Teamwork and the community are at the heart of what we do.

Headteacher – Richard Walkden

Located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Ecclesfield School is a larger-than-average secondary school, educating around 1,700 pupils aged 11-16 in a co-educational setting. Originally founded as a grammar school in 1931, the school converted to academy status in 2014.
