De Warenne Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy in February 2025 on a part time, permanent basis.

Your new role

 

Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning.

 

Salary:  Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£28,624 to £31,067 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £9,442.66.

 

Hours: 14.5 hours per week / Term Time only (38 Weeks) / Permanent

We offer a wide range of enrichment activities in order to unearth a variety of strengths and talent, which we strongly encourage students to take part in. We also take learning beyond the classroom with events and educational visits running throughout the year. We serve the villages of Conisbrough and Denaby Main, situated between Doncaster and Rotherham. We are a small but oversubscribed academy, with over 750 students on roll, and we pride ourselves on knowing our students well and doing our best to ensure everyone fulfils their potential.

 

We benefit from having a recently built academy situated in spacious grounds with excellent facilities including a recently built 3g astroturf pitch.
