Hull Trinity House Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy in June 2026 on a permanent basis.

 

Your new role   

 

Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning.

 

Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary for this role starts at £25,520.47.

 

37 hours per week / Permanent / Term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks).
