The successful applicant will have the ability to manage difficult situations in a firm and sensitive manner. They will hold Five GCSEs Grade C or above (or equivalent), a First Aid at Work qualification (or be willing to train) and will be conversant with Microsoft Office.
Applicants will demonstrate that they have personal impact, self-confidence and presence, display energy, enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance. Plenty of common sense, along with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas is essential. Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
What we offer in exchange:
· A busy and enjoyable place to work, with modern, welcoming facilities.
· The chance to be involved in guiding the life of students aged 11 to 16, on a daily basis, and seeing them flourish.
