This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated education professional to work within a growing multi-academy trust.
 

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Executive Principal to lead and support across our schools based in Cornwall.  We are looking for someone who is passionate, inspirational and visionary with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Primary headship experience is essential.
 

The core purpose of the Regional Executive Principal’s role is to raise standards of achievement for all children across ALAT schools. The successful candidate will have previous experience at a Principal level and evidence of rapid and sustained school turnaround, collaborative and inspirational leadership skills to create an environment of constant improvement, raising standards and enabling every child to fulfil their potential. You will work closely with the Trust Board, education directors and central education team, principals and vice principals to lead the successful implementation of ALAT’s vision, ethos and ambitions and establish high quality education for all.
