About us

Inspiration Trust is at an exciting point in its development. We have twice ranked in the country’s top comprehensive secondary schools group and the trust is swiftly becoming a key centre for maths curriculum and teaching. We have one of the country's first maths and science specialist sixth forms and the Angles Maths Hub (previously, Norfolk and Suffolk) is based in our trust.

The Maths Hub promotes excellence in maths teaching in Norfolk and Suffolk, and is part of the national network backed by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics. We offer training and resources for teaching from primary through to sixth form, helping teachers across the region support their pupils to achieve their very best.

The role

You will provide leadership across a group of schools and play a role in the Maths Hub leadership team.

We are looking for a maths leader to continue to develop our maths curriculum and drive forward standards in our secondary schools. You will work directly with our maths curriculum leaders in schools and also our central education and curriculum teams.

This senior role will combine teaching with leadership. You will work on maths curriculum development and implementation and also support and develop maths leaders in schools. Our maths subject community already work in a close and collaborative way across the trust and we have an extensive maths CPD offer.

The successful candidate will understand that high impact teaching comes from a structured and well-sequenced curriculum and knowledge-thorough teaching.

This new role is a superb opportunity for someone to have a strong and lasting impact and also shape their role within the trust. Through the Maths Hub you will have the opportunity to work with schools across the eastern region and get involved with National training programmes.
