This is an exciting, key leadership opportunity to support students across a number of campuses in our Eastern Region and will be based in the Kenley area. This role will support the building of a national Learning Support Department.

The leadership of fully inclusive, outstanding educational provision is the key in describing this exciting role. It will be the role of the Regional SEND Coordinator to assist our schools in meeting students’ identified needs, and to coordinate the work of school-based SEN Coordinators, Teachers and Learning Support Assistants, to ensure the progress and wellbeing of SEND students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a large team across a number of school settings
  • To work closely with Head Teachers to develop and review SEND provision across four key areas:

Strategic direction and development of LS/SEND provision
Teaching and Learning
Leading and Managing Staff
Efficient and Effective deployment of staff and resources

The Senior School has now relocated to the newly refurbished premises in Kenley, due to continual expansion over the years.
