We have a fantastic opportunity to lead SEND across two of our schools, in southern England, for a forward thinking, highly motivated and inspirational specialist leader. 

The role of Regional SENDCO is the leading SEND position in the cluster group, directly reporting and accountable to the Associate Principal for OneSchool Global UK and Board of Trustees. The primary objective is to provide professional leadership and management to promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards and care for all of our students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Our schools offer achievement, opportunity and professional challenge to our students within a supportive environment. Our students have a passion and desire to excel in learning. We are looking for an inspirational SENDCO, perhaps considering their first move into cross-school leadership, who already leads on and is excited by the limitless opportunities for children. You will be someone who sees change as opportunity, works with agility and relentless optimism, whilst making sure that incredible learning is underpinned by rigour and detail.
