We are seeking to appoint a Registrar to join us in September 2019 who will be responsible for day and boarding student recruitment, including managing the admissions processes. You will work alongside our current Registrar for a phased handover during the next academic year and will assist in the implementation of a cohesive, proactive and imaginative recruitment strategy, reflecting the RHS values and ethos with the aim of achieving a full class entry of high-quality pupils for all year groups.
The successful candidate will deliver a highly proactive, fair and efficient admissions process to bring local and international girls into the School. They will develop strong relationships with prospective parents and pupils through all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process as well as with Prep Schools, educational agents and other key stakeholders.
There will be a need for some national travel and attendance at conferences and recruitment fairs as well as some evening and weekend working.
