Job overview
We are looking to appoint a Registrar at our popular co-ed school in the heart of Notting Hill. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated person to become part of a committed and passionate team.
The Registrar will be the principle point of contact for all prospective parents and pupils. The role therefore requires someone who has excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition. Good personal presentation, strong administrative and analytical skills and a willingness to participate in school life are also considered important qualities for this position.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable and the candidate must have excellent written English and strong secretarial and computer skills with a knowledge of different database platforms.
This is a full-time position with 9 weeks holiday.

Notting Hill Preparatory School is a mixed, non-denominational independent primary school in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, serving students from the age of 4-13. The primary school, situated in Notting Hill has approximately 435 students on record.
Notting Hill Preparatory School opened in 2003, set up through the collaboration of parents and teachers. The school opened new buildings in 2009 and 2018, with facilities including a computer suite and specialist art, music and science rooms.
