Job overview
St Edward’s School requires a highly organised individual with a professional attitude to join the Registrar’s Office.
The Registry Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the registrations database in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), dealing with enquiries, attending promotional events and providing general administrative assistance with the smooth running of the department.
An excellent communicator, you will be able to work well as part of a team and also autonomously when required. You will possess good organisational skills, a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
