Smart Teachers is looking to recruit a dynamic RE teacher / Religious Education teacher to join a ‘Good’ secondary school in North West London. With a strong senior leadership team, this school boasts good academic results and is continuously making improvements to the delivery of lessons to provide opportunities for their students to excel. Starting immediately, this position is for one term, but has the potential to continue in 2017.

  • RE teacher / Religious Education teacher
  • Delivery of the RE curriculum to KS3 and KS4
  • Short term contract from October to December, with the potential to continue in the new year
  • Daily rate up to £150

In order to be considered for this role, successful RE teacher / Religious Education teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a PGCE / Bachelor of Education or equivalent overseas qualification
  • Have recent UK based teaching experience as a Religious Education teacher (essential)
  • Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
