We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Religious Education Teacher from September 2019 (part time 80%). North Cambridge Academy (NCA) is part of Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT). The school currently has 415 pupils (11-16). We have secured year on year positive progress in the five years of North Cambridge Academy and have undergone transformational change to the pastoral system and curriculum. Indeed, the outcomes for pupils have been transformed with regard to achievement and progress. NCA had a progress score in 2017 of +0.30 and for 2018 +0.32. NCA is in the top 20% of schools nationally for progress and the top 4% for progress in schools of our type. Ofsted graded NCA as ‘Good’ following the two previous inspections, the last one being January 2018.
