Job overview

We are seeking a Religious Studies and History teacher to join our Humanities Faculty.  Our ideal candidate will be passionate about Religious Studies and History with the ability to inspire students and demonstrate excellent classroom management.  The ability to teach both Religious Studies and History to GCSE level and R.S to A Level is essential. The ability to teach another Humanities subject to KS3 would also be beneficial. 

The successful candidate should have excellent subject knowledge and a dynamic teaching style that engages students, they will work with the other members of the department to maintain a focus on progress, teaching and learning and raising achievement. It is also expected that they will enhance the extra-curricular activities offered.

We have a thriving Humanities faculty teaching a broad curriculum to include Citizenship, Government and Politics, and Law as well as History, Geography and Religious Studies.
