REPORTING & SIMS OFFICER
Full-time (37 hours): 39 weeks (Term Time + 37 hours)
Worked over 5 days from 8.00 am – 4.00 pm (3.30 pm on Fridays)
Grade 5: scp 17-21
£ 15,267 - £ 17,299 p.a. per annum (actual salary)
(Full-time equivalent: £17,772 - £20,138)
To lead and manage aspects of assessment and reporting of pupil progress and
provide accurate and secure support for the Data, Exams and Cover Managers
in maintaining the SIMS.net database and ensuring the smooth running of our school.
You would need understanding of student reporting, student data and curriculum assignments and provide administrative support for Examinations and Cover when necessary.
Good knowledge of particular SIMS.net modules (Student Details, Assessment Manager 7
and Curriculum Manager) and the ability to work to short timescales
whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times are essential to this post.
Some knowledge of other SIMS.net modules (e.g. Examinations Organiser, Cover) would be advantageous.
