Reprographics & Administration Assistant  Required September 2017

We are looking to appoint a customer focussed reprographics assistant who is also able to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and development of the reprographics function to ensure provision of an efficient printing and learning resource service for the Academy 

Your duties will include:   

• Supervise the reprographics function and to ensure all documentation is produced to a high quality standard. 

• Carry out/and or organise the day to day maintenance of all reprographics equipment. 

• Order, control and distribute reprographic stock/stationery/standard templates/materials. 

• Assist the Admin Manager by developing a rigorous and flexible reprographic service in line with the evolving needs of the Academy 

• Providing general administrative support to the administration function when workloads dictate.  

We are looking for an individual who is customer focussed and can provide a professional, yet friendly service to our customers. It is essential that you hold relevant qualifications at a level equivalent to at least NQF Level 2 or demonstrable levels of numeracy & literacy equivalent to GCSE (A*-C) or NVQ Level 2.  

At the Academy the focus of every day is the education of our students. You must therefore, be able to relate well and quickly establish positive relationships with our children. You should have experience of delivering exceptional customer service and dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face. It is essential that you are an experienced reprographics/administrator with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. You should also be an experienced team player with sound IT skills.
