Required from January or ASAP after, Part Time Teacher of Science 0.4/0.6 available

Huntercombe Hospital School Maidenhead require a part time science teacher to deliver science education for up to forty pupils aged between 12-18 within a school set in a hospital setting which caters for up to sixty patients within our CAMHS service..

Our school is set within a sixty bed psychiatric hospital with four wards. The patients here have a range of mental health isues including eating dissorders. Patients only attend school when deemed well enough to access education by their health teams. 

We offer a well equiped school, having just received a major refurbishment, including furniture and air conditioning. We have interactive boards and computers including i pads for student use. As well as comprehensive amount of science resourses.   

You will supported by our small professional teaching team as well as the staff in the wider hospital setting. There is full training given which is face to face and online based.
