Residence Parent & Counsellor (Housemaster/Housemistress)

Pathways World School is looking for enthusiastic, empathetic and compassionate individuals for the post of residence parent and counsellor. The right candidate will have the ability to connect with children and young adults, motivating them to be the best version of themselves, helping them to deal with any problems they encounter along the way. Proficiency in English is a must, in order to serve as role models to the students. While being able to instil values, and a respect for people, they will create a happy environment, and plan events and activities to create a home away from home for the children in their care. Past experience as residence parent is not essential, a passion to add value to a child’s life is.
