Resident Graduate Assistants
1 Year Fixed Term Position – Commencing September 2022
Do you have plenty of enthusiasm? Are you looking for a role which offers a wide range of experiences? Do you enjoy working with young people? If so, we are looking for three graduates to join our committed team, starting in September 2022 on a fixed one-year contract. You will be an outgoing and engaging character, have a desire to add to the extra-curricular life of a school – especially in boarding, and if you have a skill in coaching sport, this would be an additional advantage! You will be expected to help with various activities during the school day, such as assisting in a classroom environment, supporting and supervising sport lessons and activities, to be resident on site, and to help care for the boarders after the academic day has finished and at the weekends. It is the type of role where the more you put in, the greater the job satisfaction you will achieve.
This is a ‘live-in’ position - accommodation and all meals are provided. The role is full-time during term-time including weekends, and you will be required to work on the day before term starts and one day after term ends. You will have a full day off during the week and 2 evenings off from Boarding duties. Please see the job description for further details.
With superb facilities, a beautiful working environment and reputation for pastoral and extra-curricular excellence, Wycliffe is a special place to work.
Closing date for receipt of applications: 19 February 2022
Interviews scheduled for week commencing 7 March 2022
