Resident Graduate – Theatre Arts and Technology

Leighton Park School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, versatile and dedicated Graduate to work within our Drama department. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team where creativity, technology, innovation and teamwork are core values. The successful candidate will be a recent graduate who may aspire to a career in teaching or in the Performing Arts. As part of the role, time will be available to develop your own creative projects and portfolio.
Graduate Residents are appointed to support and enhance the educational experience offered at Leighton Park in keeping with the aims and ethos of the school. The role includes pastoral and boarding duties together with support the Drama Department and a contribution to the extra-curricular life of the school. It is hoped that at the end of your residency that you will have achieved positive results both personally and professionally and that you will have developed skills and experience of considerable value – particularly if you decide to continue your career in teaching.
Salary: £10,000 per annum pro rata for the rest of the year, with free accommodation throughout the year and free board during term time.
