Leighton Park School is a successful, forward looking independent (HMC) day and boarding school for approximately 500 pupils aged 11-18 set in 65 acres of magnificent parkland.

Leighton Park exists to form young people of real character and confidence, with a determined desire to change the world, reflecting the school’s Quaker values. In March 2021 we won the ISA Award for Outstanding Local Community Outreach for the involvement of our students, staff and parents in projects helping those less fortunate and putting our Quaker values into practice.

We are a school that inspires Achievement with Values, Character and Community and academic excellence is the consequence of our approach. Valuing breadth and depth, we are distinguished by excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), Music and Ethical Enterprise. The UK Government’s latest 16-18 league tables reveal Leighton Park to be the best performing School in Berkshire and in the top 1% of English schools. We are one of only eight schools to have always appeared in the top 100.
