Bradfield College seeks applications from matrons, nurses, social care workers or similar professions with experience working with children and young people for the role of Resident Matron. 

Working in our Year 9 boarding house, the Resident Matron will assist and contribute to the supervision and care of pupils in their first year at the College, including regular communication with parents. Duties will include attending to their needs if they are ill, require pastoral support, or require further medical interventions during the night. This will include accompanying pupils to the onsite Medical Centre or other external appointments when requested, therefore a full and clean UK driving licence is necessary.

The successful candidate will be practical, patient, sensitive, an excellent communicator and a team player.
