We have available an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our close knit team as a Residential Boarding Assistant. As a member of our team you will live in the school, on our beautiful campus on the shore of Lake Geneva. Your accommodation and meals are provided, along with your healthcare costs. 

A love of working with teenagers - inspiring them and guiding them in their formative years is vital. Previous experience in a residential setting - summer camp etc. - would be helpful but not essential.

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person to contribute to our Boarding Programme in a stunning setting on Lake Geneva. 

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Working as part of a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students in the house.
  • Supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of the boarding house.
  • Assisting with extra-curricular activities.
  • Playing an active role in the weekend activity programme.
  • Supporting students during study time.
  • Helping with airport transfers at key times of the term.
  • Assisting with any other duties that the school might reasonably ask.

This position involves a variety of responsibilities and tasks in the boarding House. You will require you to be flexible, enthusiastic, energetic and good humoured worker.

The work is demanding and rewarding and offers an excellent opportunity for the right person.

An immediate start available for the right candidate, pending relevant police background checks, social media check and receipt of references.

An EU Passport or the entitlement to work in Switzerland is essential.
