Job overview

Brisbane Grammar School is seeking expressions of interest for a Residential Boarding Tutor (Activites) for our Boarding Facility (Harlin House). Previous educational, boarding or sports coaching experience would be seen as a strength in any application. A Residential Boarding Tutor is provided with remuneration in keeping with the hours and importance of this role, accommodation and meals (term time only).

The Residential Boarding Tutor (Activities) is responsible for the supervision and management of boarders within Harlin House and assisting with a program of activities that enriches the boarding experience. 

The person appointed will play a vital role in setting the tone within the boarding house, ensuring all boarders adhere to house expectations and routines, whilst managing behaviours as needed. The will also make a vital contribution to the activities program, both over the course of the weekend and throughout the school week.​

About Brisbane Grammar School

Brisbane Grammar School is a single-sex, independent, all-through school in Queensland, serving students from Year 5-12. The school is situated in Brisbane, and was the first independent boys school in the area, catering for approximately 1,700 pupils.

Brisbane Grammar School is a member of the Queensland Great Public Schools (GPS) Association.
