Tadley Court School is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with four acres of well maintained grounds. We are a day school with six associated Children's Homes specialising in the education and care of children and young people between the age of 4 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.

Our successful candidate will be able to:

•   Work independently

•   Use basic Microsoft applications and with training specialist communication apps. (widgit)

•   Think creatively

Key Responsibilities:

•   Manage the curriculum resources within the school

•   Produce requested resources to support teaching and learning in the school

•   Ensure the resource base remains tidy and resources are available when required

•   Keep the library tidy and welcoming for pupils

•   Manage the ordering for art and consumable resources 

•   Support with displaying pupils work around the school

•   Promote and understand the school’s Safeguarding policy and adhere to all other policies set out by the school

•   Be a role model in supporting staff welfare and morale

•   Support the teaching team to ensure that the learning environment is appropriate, safe and engaging for the pupils

•   Be fully aware of and fully implement the school’s policies at all times
