Salary:£32,870.00 - £34,664.00 Per Annum

The RoleThis is a varied and exciting role, managing the day to day service delivery of the Resourcing Team. You will manage a first class end to end recruitment process, providing outstanding candidate care and building effective relationships with hiring managers. You will ensure correct and timely HR/payroll system input (i-trent) and check and provide up to date and accurate correspondence and contractual information to employees.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the HR service, identifying and delivering improvements in processes and practices such as recruitment and assessment methodology, actions and procedures relating to the resourcing function and the provision of services by external suppliers. You will ensure performance of the team continuously improves and lead on system development and recruitment campaigns as directed.

The PersonYou will be a confident, resilient and effective practitioner and an experienced and imaginative recruiter with demonstrable experience of using up to date recruitment methods and resources. With a proven track record of adopting a consultative approach to recruitment, you will also be committed to continuously improving your service, process and approach.

You will have an in depth understanding of an HR Shared Service approach and ideally have some experience in staff supervision. In addition you will have the proven ability to work with and influence colleagues at all levels of the Organisation, the ability to deliver training and development to groups of service users and be able to identify HR needs, and make realistic recommendations to address them.In addition you will have: 

  • A CIPD qualification and commitment to your own CPD 
  • A level of Maths & English Qualifications relevant to the post (Level 3 minimum)
  • The ability to work under pressure and work to tight and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Fluency and confidence using IT systems (including HR database)
  • An innovative approach, with the ability to take responsibility for delivering service improvements
  • A Proven ability to work with and influence colleagues at all levels of the Organisation
