Job overview
Loughborough College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Resourcing Officer to join its Human Resources team to provide an efficient, effective HR & Recruitment service to the organisation.
The successful candidate will have responsibility and accountability for the full recruitment cycle, from initial development of job descriptions and person specifications, drafting and preparation of adverts through to the management of candidate progression from application to employment. There will also be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR administrator with an interest in recruitment to take a step up in their HR career and develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a small, but very supportive team.
To be considered for this position you’ll already have maths and English GCSE passes (or equivalent) along with a CIPD qualification or a willingness to work towards one, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach.
