Lumio Private School is currently seeking a passionate and experienced After School Programme Russian Language Teacher to join our team  on a part-time basis in the afternoons.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Russian Language
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an international school setting
  • Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
  • High-level proficiency in English (near-native level)
  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is highly desirable
  • Visa for employment in Cyprus is required
Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dynamic Russian language lessons to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Use a balanced approach of lectures, discussions, and interactive activities
  • Integrate digital tools to enhance the learning experience
  • Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that values cultural diversity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and student progress
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously grow as an educator
