Working Hours: 36 hours per week. Term Time Only plus 3 weeks, including INSET days.
Copley Academy is a rapidly improving school. Our December 2021 Ofsted report describes the “great strides” that leaders have made and praises the “high aspirations” for students and the “broad and ambitious” curriculum. Most importantly, the report also says that students are “happy and proud” to attend the Academy.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Safeguarding and Welfare Officer to join our team. Candidates should be safeguarding professional with experience in working with young people, their families and colleagues to ensure students achieve the best outcomes.
