SAFEGUARDING FAMILY WORKER
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
(term time + 2 weeks of which 5 days are inset days)
Bucks Pay Range 5
Actual annual salary £24,207 to £26,273
(equivalent to £27,802 to £30,175 for full time)

The position
We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and inspirational Safeguarding Family Worker who will
• provide high quality support for students facing safeguarding issues, as well as their families.
• support parents and carers to keep their children safe from harm.
• manage reported childcare protection issues and ensure they are responsed appropriately.
• to work proactively with parents, carers and agencies to monitor arrangements and plans for children safety.

With around 1,000 students on roll and an over-subscribed Year 7 intake, we’re a popular school in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We’re fortunate to be based in a diverse, supportive and ever-changing community in Aylesbury and our students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed, borne out by our high attendance figures.
