Salary: £23,695 - £26,925 (Pro rata salary £23,157 - £26,314). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

Contract Type:  Term Time Only PLUS 4 weeks | Hours per Week: 37 | Location: Walkden Road, Worsley, M28 7QD

Aspirations at Worsley College house a range of industry standard hair and beauty salons. Our salons capture a unique learning experience for a range of students studying their chosen career, and also offer treatments and services for local residents and clients. We are absolutely committed to developing our salons and now looking to recruit a salon manager to take us to the next level. As salon manager you will undertake a range of duties that will enable a truly professional environment for students and clients alike. You will effectively coach and develop the salon assistant, allocating prioritised tasks to meet daily salon usage and application of products.  

The practice of maintaining accurate records and safe storage of products will be key to complying with health and safety legislation and College policies and procedures. Exceptional customer service attributes will be required in responding to our clients’ needs and expectations whilst in salon. Aspirations salons always present in a manner that looks exceptional at all times, you will adopt a hands on approach in maintaining its cleanliness and high level of appearance. Development of exciting services, incentives and community liaison will see Aspirations as a centre of excellence, and you will take the lead to transport us there.
