School Accountant-Bilingual (English & Arabic)

Brief about the role:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified bilingual (English & Arabic languages) School Accountant to join our Finance team. The role requires you to provide support to the Finance department by managing daily accounting tasks. The post holder will be part of a team working to maintain order and transparency for the school’s finances, contribute to the overall efficient operations of the department and help the school be fully aware of its financial condition. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

Expected Qualifications: 

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized University 
• 2-3 years of prior work experience (preferably at an international school environment in Qatar)
• Strong English & Arabic verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Up to date knowledge and compliance to Qatar's Ministry of Education voucher system
