We are looking for a person with good organisational and administrative skills.  The job will be based at St Clement & St James CE Primary School

Our school is a small, thriving, Church of England primary school situated near Holland Park. St Clement & St James is part of St Thomas’ Federation and has benefited from a shared senior leadership team who are ensuring it strives for excellence while keeping its own unique village school feel.

We invite applications for the role of school administrative officer. We wish to appoint a committed person who enjoys working in a busy office environment.  You should have effective communication and organisational skills and close attention to detail. Experience of working in a school is helpful but not essential.

You will receive excellent professional development from Gericia, our School Business Manager, and be part of a supportive team.  You can find out more about our schools from our website www.stfed.rbkc.sch.uk.

Please contact Gericia Pacquette (recruitment@stfed.rbkc.sch.uk or 0207 603 9225) to learn more about the post available and to arrange a visit to see just how fantastic St Clement & St James is.  Application forms are available by email or forms can be downloaded from www.stfed.rbkc.sch.uk/recruitment/

The position requires an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Closing date: Monday 21st February at noon

Interviews: w/c 28th February

The school and governing body are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.  Each successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check along with other relevant employment checks.
