Job overview

The Edward Betham CofE Primary School is looking to appointment an enthusiastic and motivated school administrator to join our high-achieving two-form entry school. Our school was graded as a ‘Good’ school by Ofsted in 2018, and an ‘Excellent’ school by SIAMS in 2022.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to:

 Support of the aims and ethos of the school

 Maintain manual and electronic records/management information systems

 Carry out all administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring deadlines are met in order to maintain the efficient running of the school

 Establish and develop constructive relationships and communication with parents/carers, staff and outside agencies

 Work as part of a team

Scale point: 5 to 6 - 35 hours per week, dependent upon experience. This will be discussed at interview. 

Contract – One Year – in the first instance

Term time only - 39 weeks

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 4th July
