Contract Type:  Term Time Only plus 2 weeks (41 weeks)

Contract Term: Permanent 

Hours and Salary:  36 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3.45pm

(45 minute break) 

Salary: H5 Point 11 - £22,103 – pay review pending

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, well organised and reliable School Administrator who will be the main point of contact for Admissions and Attendance. The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing a diverse, demanding workload and can meet deadlines. You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent administration and IT skills and be able to prioritise your workload.

Our children are keen for someone to join the Earlsmead family and will be excited at the chance to contribute to Earlsmead Primary School’s development and be driven to do what it takes to succeed. 

Earlsmead Primary School has recently (February 2020) been judged by Ofsted as Good in all categories. ‘All pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), are included in all school activities.’ Ofsted 2020. Earlsmead Primary is a two-form entry primary school for children from 4-11. In addition, we have an Additional Resourced Provision (ARP) for 12 children with moderate learning difficulties of which we are very proud. By sharing their time between the Resourced Provision and their mainstream classes, the children are fully integrated into the life of the school and access the specialist support that will enable them to develop and grow.

Ofsted

Pupils at Earlsmead Primary School are happy and safe. They told us that bullying does not happen. However, they did say that if there was any meanness between pupils that they knew that adults would support them to sort it out. Pupils told us that they like coming to school because 'everyone is kind'.
