School Administrator (Including Cover)
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: Full Time – Fixed Term for 1 year initially
The school wish to appoint a School Administrator to manage and organise cover for absent staff as required and to undertake admin duties as directed by the Office Manager.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, together with the ability to work well under pressure. High levels of IT skills will also be required. Experience in this field or of working in a school environment would be an advantage but full training will be provided for this post.
The main duties of the School Administrator post will include:
- Organising cover for absent teaching and non -teaching staff.
- Be the first point of call for supply staff at the school and contact for external agencies.
- Providing professional and efficient admin support to the school – as directed by the Office Manager.
