School Administrator

Education Links is a well-established, learner-focused alternative provision-free school that was rated “Good” with outstanding features by Ofsted in July 2017 and received positive feedback in an ungraded inspection in 2022. Located in East London with three sites, we specialise in providing education to young individuals at risk of permanent exclusion or with special needs.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in providing efficient and effective support to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider school community.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, manage a diverse workload, and consistently deliver high-quality work. They should be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

While experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with a degree but no specific working experience, to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This position is for term-time only (39 weeks per year) with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
