Dixons Trinity Chapeltown will open with 30 Reception children in September 2017 and will rise to its full capacity as an all-through school by 2023. We currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate in the role of School Administrator and Receptionist. This role is not a typical Receptionist role, as you will be required to be the eyes and ears of a fast paced environment. The safeguarding of our students is of paramount importance and you will be expected to communicate clearly with the whole school community.
We are seeking to appoint a versatile, conscientious and committed individual. The key responsibilities of the post holder will be to provide a comprehensive administration service for staff and students. A flexible working approach is required, ideally accompanied by previous experience of working in a demanding office environment.
The ideal candidate will be a confident administrator who is able to multi-task and provide a high quality service to visitors and families to the school.
The right candidate will possess:
