Longdon Hall School is an independent, therapeutic, SEN school providing day education for boys and girls aged from 7 up to 18.  Longdon Hall is currently judged as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted and won the TES Special Needs School of the Year Award in Summer 2014. At Longdon Hall School, we pride ourselves on helping the most vulnerable and hard to place children maximise their potential. We are currently recruiting for the following position: 

Term Time, plus 3 weeks

Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday

We require an experienced individual to support in all office administrative duties, procedures, communications and processes.

This role includes: line management of existing admin team, maintenance of single central register, maintenance of HR records, recruitment, minute taking, collating data for school reports,  diary management, data entry, meeting and greeting visitors, letter writing, email correspondence, arranging appointments, logging confidential information securely, completing basic finance duties, line management of existing admin team, understanding the existing service we offer, being committed to ongoing development and success of the school and any other duties as reasonably required by the Headteacher.

You will be enthusiastic, able to work effectively as part of a team and dedicated to making a difference to improving the lives of the young people that we serve.
