Contract Details

To start w/c 5th November 2018 or as soon as possible after.
Term Time + PD days (39 Weeks), Fixed term contract up to 31st August 2019, to accommodate flexible working within school.

Contract Hours

22.5 hours per week across 3 days (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Job Description

The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to work in the busy school office, supporting the existing Senior Administrator.
 
Kirklevington is a friendly, happy and successful school, which aims to help children develop respect for themselves and others whilst making full use of every opportunity to explore and develop their own potential.
 
We became part of the Conyers Multi-academy Trust on 1st June 2018.
 
Visits are warmly welcomed by prior arrangement.

We need someone who:

• Is able to use their own initiative to make sure the school office runs smoothl
• Has strong IT skills
• Is reliable
• Has experience of working in a team
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has experience of working in a school setting and a strong awareness of the importance of safeguarding in schools
