21.75 hours per week to be worked Wednesday to Friday, term time plus 3 days to be worked on Inset Days and during school holiday periods. 

Ideally we are looking for someone who can start at 8.15am but can be flexible about the start time.  The exact hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

This is a permanent post and part of a job share, shared with a colleague who works Monday to Wednesday.

Grade 6: £10,757 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement


We are looking for a person who can provide wide-ranging administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher.

The post will involve precise data entry, analysis and presentation; resolving technical queries; administering SIMS ‘InTouch’ communication; assisting with reporting sessions and DfE census returns; and other general administrative duties as required.

•This is a busy and varied role, working with all members of the school community.

•Candidates must have excellent communication, administration and IT (particularly Microsoft Excel) skills. 

•Knowledge of SIMS (school-based software) would be an advantage, although full training will be provided


•A training programme will be provided to the successful applicant.
