We wish to appoint a highly motivated, talented and effective education professional to the post of School Adviser: Leadership (Primary). The successful applicant will contribute positively to our dynamic team, promoting educational excellence in our family of 240 Church schools and academies.
With a proven track record of primary headship and school improvement you will use your interpersonal skills and experience and to:
- Build a strong professional relationship with a portfolio of Church of England Schools and Academies to enhance and enrich learning opportunities for all.
- Take a lead role in creating, implementing and sustaining significant aspects of Church school development, improvement and effectiveness.
- Contribute and bring expertise to the Diocesan Education Team including supporting, planning and delivery of its distinctive professional development and training.
- Respond to diocesan, local, regional and national educational strategy and initiatives, under the direction of the Director of Education.
We will provide you with opportunities for professional development and encourage you to take a leading role in the formulation and delivery of Diocesan education policy and practice.
