Treloar’s is one of the largest specialist Schools and Colleges in the UK for children and young people with disabilities. Our fundamental purpose is simple: to enable disabled young people to fulfil their potential in every aspect of their lives.
We are looking to recruit a School and College Office Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of the School and College office, as directed by the Admissions, Contracts and Funding Manager.
The successful candidate will be undertaking various administration tasks including but not limited to; assisting with the inputting of data into management information systems, collating and sending reports to internal and external stakeholders, taking and typing minutes in annual review meetings and providing support with Admissions as required.
Applicants must have a good general education to GCSE level and have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite including, Outlook e-mails, Microsoft Word and Excel.
The post holder must have good organisational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work on their own initiative as well part of a team.
