School Business Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 - Point 3- 5 £15,875- £16,516 actual salary

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Monday 8am - 3.30pm,  Tuesday - Friday 8am -4pm with half an hour for lunch

Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 training days


Start date: Tuesday 4th January 2022 or sooner

The Thrive Co-operative Learning Trust formally YHCLT is responsible for nine schools across Hull; two secondary and seven primary. We are committed to ensuring that all of our schools have access to high quality support services to underpin the excellent work that our schools do in educating our pupils. 

 Chiltern Primary School wishes to appoint an experienced School Business Assistant. Required as soon as possible, a cheerful,  enthusiastic person to provide a professional first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school. Duties will include  meeting and greeting parents, children and visitors. Taking and and relaying accurate messages providing administrative support in our busy school office and resource management

 We are looking for someone with 

• an excellent telephone manner

• good interpersonal skills

• excellent ICT Skills

• the ability to work as part of a team in an inclusive and supportive manner.

Practical experience in

• word processing

• excel

• email including using google documents/forms
