Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm but must be flexible)
Priory Lodge School are seeking a dynamic School Business Manager to join their support services team. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage the school support services departments to the highest standard across the calendar year, we require a commitment to a full year post.
This will include: finance, HR, recruitment, payroll, site learning, referrals & admissions, maintenance & grounds, health and safety, catering and housekeeping, ensuring the school is fully compliant and runs smoothly.
You will be expected to support the Headteacher in the continuing development and improvement of all aspects of the school.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, innovative and solution focused leader, capable of motivating a support services team to provide the higest level of service. They must be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role. They will have the confidence to work in partnership and influence senior leaders and governors, as well as liaise with external agencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be fully conversant with Keeping Children Safe requirements including ensuring robust recruitment processes.
Previous experience in the role of School Business Manager is highly desirable.

About Roehampton Gate School
Roehampton Gate School is a purpose-built day school for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, in particular Asperger's Syndrome and associated learning difficulties. It is situated next to the Hospital Roehampton. The school opened in April 2010.
The spacious and modern building has been specifically designed to accommodate up to 40 young people with autistic spectrum disorders and Asperger's Syndrome.
The classrooms are set up for specialist subjects including information technology, art, food technology, science and music, together with exclusive sensory and therapy rooms/suites or studios.
Roehampton Gate School is also uniquely placed to benefit from the extensive therapy and specialist mental health services provided at the Hospital Roehampton. Staff and students will also work closely with the child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and experienced educational psychologists
