School Business Manager

The Governors of our school are seeking to appoint a dynamic School Business Manager to work in partnership with the Head Teacher and SLT to continue to develop and secure the very best outcomes for all of our children realising our vision for excellence guided by the teachings of Christ.

The successful candidate must:

• have excellent financial and management skills

• have high level of organisational skills

• have Human Resources experience and knowledge

• have a clear and concise understanding of Health & Safety procedures and guidelines

• have experience at senior leadership level with a strong proven track record of raising whole school standards

• have leadership styles that will inspire, motivate and support staff

• be able to lead and manage change

• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is a team player, who has the knowledge, skills and experience and would welcome the opportunity to shape the business and administrative functions of the school

• have a good sense of humour

• contribute to the vision and mission of the school, within the parish and the wider community

• have a clear understanding of the intrinsic value of the Catholic ethos
