The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding School Business Manager with substantial and relevant experience who will join the school’s leadership team to provide leadership and direction to the support functions of the school. This important role is both strategic and operational, taking a full and active role in the leadership team, providing advice and support for the Headteacher and contributing to the continued development of the school.
You will be innovative and capable of helping to lead the school through the ever-changing educational landscape. You will model outstanding leadership to ensure that financial, administrative procedures and the management of our premises/lettings, health & safety, catering and human resources supports the school effectively, to maintain outstanding quality and positive outcomes for our students.
Leading a team of experienced, skilled and hardworking support staff, you will make a valued contribution towards us achieving our goals.
