Cardinal Pole Catholic School is looking to appoint an exceptional School Business Manager to play a key role in our school.

You will lead the support staff and the Business Management functions, be a member of the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in improvement planning and providing strategic vision.

Cardinal Pole is a mixed 11-18 popular oversubscribed school. In September 2012 the school moved to a state of the art building. There are currently over 1000 students on roll.

We are looking for someone from January 2017 (or shortly before for a handover period) who:

  • can demonstrate significant successful experience of leadership and management in a relevant setting
  • offers proven experience of managing a large budget and extensive capital expenditure
  • has the ability to lead and quality assure the delivery of facilities management, including premises, IT and catering
  • will contribute to the development of the school 
  • has excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire colleagues, peers and teams
  • Academy experience would be of interest
