School Business Manager (Level 6)

Meadow Park School is a pupil referral unit situated in the borough of Knowsley on Merseyside. We provide a quality educational experience for children who have or are experiencing difficulties in a mainstream setting due to medical, social, emotional, or behavioural needs.

We support young people to develop alternative strategies to improve their resilience and confidence through a personalised curriculum, delivered by dedicated, experienced, and qualified staff.

The Headteacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Manager who demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills, has a positive ethos, and is committed to improving the learning outcomes for all our pupils. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 ·        The strategic management for effective whole school administration and organisational support services

·        All financial processes, specifically budget preparation and management

·        Human resources, facilities management including project management, health and safety, and security

·        Line management responsibility and an active member of the school leadership team, deputising for SLT members as necessary and appropriate.
