We are looking for an innovative, dynamic, creative and experienced School Business Manager to join us in July 2016.

Through your drive, dynamic approach and commercial vision, you will aim to make an inspirational contribution as a central member of our leadership group. We want you to bring the highest standards of financial management to our £2m turnover school. You will also lead a team of staff, with the aim of adding value across every function, from HR and facilities to procurement and income generation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has been judged by others to have high quality skills in financial management
• Has a passion for supporting the work of the school to ensure best outcomes for children
• Has high expectations of themselves and the people they work with
• Has the ability and determination to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best
• Is comfortable managing changing priorities and has a proven track record of juggling a varied workload
• Wants to contribute to the school as a whole

• We are entering into a new partnership with Rathfern Primary School in Lewisham.

We are based in Hazelbank Road, Catford in Lewisham. There is a staff car park and great bus links in and out of central Lewisham. A mainline station is 10 mins walk from the school.
